“It all began at home, while quarantining,” says Serious Voice. “I wanted to keep myself busy as a media professional and figured I would just interview a few people I admired, or wanted to know more about. My desire to keep my pen sharp, for a lack of better term, coupled with my inquisitiveness and an inbox message from a comedian friend led to the creation of Success Stories With Serious Voice.

Success Stories is a new talk show hosted by Journalist/Recording artist Brigitte "Serious Voice" James that focuses on topics that affect the Black and Brown communities. The show boasts a resident DJ, MR.C, who brings a fresh mix on every show. Intelligent and witty monologues, high profile guest interviews, plus relatable themes that introduce new ideas and shed light on taboo ones, and a touch of Hip Hop & R&B music is what SUCCESS STORIES is all about!
